How Does Delivery Work?

Quick commerce platforms
General Trade retailers
Modern Trade stores
Home delivery services operated by partner retailers
Once you place an order through any of these platforms or stores:
The respective partner processes and dispatches your order.
Packaging, shipping timelines, and delivery are managed entirely by that platform or retailer.
Tracking details (if applicable) are shared by the platform where the order was placed.

Delivery typically ranges from 10 minutes to 1–2 hours, depending on your location and service availability in your area.
Online Marketplaces
As per the standard shipping timelines mentioned at checkout on the respective platform.
Modern Trade / General Trade Stores
Immediate in-store purchase or home delivery timelines as offered by the retailer.
We recommend checking the specific delivery timelines shown at the time of purchase.
Shipping Charges
Shipping fees, minimum order value requirements, and COD charges (if any) are governed by the individual policies of the platform or retailer from whom you purchase. Please refer to their respective shipping terms at checkout.
Multiple Shipments
For online marketplace purchases, items may be delivered separately depending on stock availability and platform logistics policies.
